• enh (dkulp) New keys bound as short-cuts for dropping effects. Do this instead of dragging effects.
• enh (gil) Allow timings to be added while model playback is paused. This is like xltap. Press play and use the "t" key to create timing marks
• bug (gil) Disallow effect play while paused in model playback.
