Nutcracker 4.00.00 Release Notes
First Beta release of xLights 4. Dan Kulp, Dave Pitts, Gil Jones, Sean
- There are still bugs in this release. Go to https://github.com/smeighan/xLights/issues to see current bugs and enhancements
- You need to run Windows 7 and 8 in non-aero mode.
- Make a backup of your current sequecnes. Copy over the sound files and the xml files (xseq and fseq do not need to be copied)
- If you want exact placement of the cursor inside the waveform, resample sound files to 192k constant bitrate using audacity
- In 4.0 we do not have the "Create Random Effects" button, that will come out in XL 4.1
